The screen of my priv got a black dot in the corner which obstract the vision. I believe that it got an internal crack & needs to be replaced ! Do you know where can I get a new screen. My phone is just 1 year old & do love it ,so appreciate the lead

Check the web. Reports are that a screen would cost about $300 US dollars.

Have you checked using Blackberry Virtual Expert. It does have a screen/pixel test. But if you know its broken, a test is probably unnecessary.

You might as well just buy the whole phone or salvage the screen at that price...

But at 280 $ (plus shipping maybe) you'd be better off buying another new Priv for 320 $.

Perhaps you should consult BlackBerry support if you're still under warranty, maybe they'd cover it if the problem came by itself.

I would buy bad PRIV from you cheap and live with the dot. Think of it as subsidizing your new PRIV for less than replacement of screen. How's $75 sound.
