    Does anyone know if the phone app on the Priv is a Google or Blackberry app? Mine keeps crashing after the recent update..

    Have you tried restarting the phone.? Sometimes the Android updates requires a reboot.

    No wonder why it's garbage.. I'm so sick and tired of these double/triple/quadruple contact entries! It's driving me crazy! Never had this issue with BB10

    Yea, but the phone app doesn't allow me to make the changes like the Contact app does. I finally got it fixed by downloading a diff phone app.

    Did you set up a SIP profile by any chance?
    I can replicate Phone to crash once I added a SIP profile for my AVM Fritz Box VOIP service.

    Hope that helps

    You could just uninstall the phone app updates and update it again from Google Play

    Just got my Priv and updated the Apps and OS. Note that the phone app is very basic, no slider? Do I need to delete and Re install or should I just download another phone app? If so any recommendations
