So last night it fell in a bucket of water. It was a little buggy I got it to turn off and put it on the Coal Stove.
It still works.

Well it was off and when I woke up it had a notification blink so I'm thinking it turned on. It works fine now. Was starting to wig out till I got it off .

How does the phrase go? It's usually not the fall that kills you!

Same goes for phones, most phones survive the dunk into water it's the corrosion over time that eventually renders the phone inoperative. I'd bring it into a repair shop and get them to clean it or if you're handy enough, crack it open and brush the internals with isopropyl alcohol 70% or higher. This will help clean the phone so no corrosion build up can happen.

Was replacing a boiler today, and while draining it, some water puddled on the floor.. Checked my txt on fone, then went to re-holster it and missed... Ended up in 1/2" of water on its back, tho I do have a snap on case. Shook the mofo off vigorously, then put back in holster.. no worries..

this is why i have bb care.. heh.. 4.80/mo aint bad
