    Of course I am just speculating but it just looks like the phone might not ne conducive to typing a lot like we can do on a passport.

    I could be wrong but I just hope the phone is balanced and won't be a pain in the *** to type once you slide out.

    If any typing experience was awkward then it was that on the Passport. PRIV will be as excellent as with the Classic.

    Yep, had to return my passport because it was too wide.. Other than that, it was great.

    I think it's all about familiarity and comfort.

    My Q10 feels really weird compared to my Passport.

    I find myself pressing the wrong key for the Z button and accidentally pressing on the alt button when on my Q10

    Won't lie tried typing a webpage out 9 times... made a mistake each time...


    But don't let that be the reason You don't get it if you like it.


    Remember how awkward the Passport keyboard was? Especially long time  users. Wheres alt? Lol

    So you gotta lug around a removable KB, and it cost you $90 extra and you lose screen size while using it. Sounds like a winner.

    Don't forget it also looks so much cooler than the Priv.

    The Priv actually has the "conventional" and famous blackberry querty keyboard. The passport is the "weirdo" here. Once you get used to it, you should actually type faster than in the passport, your thumbs have to travel less, and if you use puntuation, not having to go to the touch screen saves a lot of time.

    The Passport's keyboard is very confortable to use, but I could type that little bit faster in the Q10, 9900, and previous blackberries I had. So don't worry, you will be more productive with the Priv actually.

    True. However passport is pretty much the first phone where I actually am good to type out long emails and not fight the urge to open up the laptop.

    We shall see . I will get one for the other network here.

    Did they keys pm Priv press fully down like they do on Passport? Or were they sort of flat and didn't really press down like on the Torch?
