[CrackBerry Question]

Hi there,

I have a brand new Priv that isn't even activated yet. I inserted the SIM card but when I eject the holder, the card isn't in there.

Help! What do I do?

First off don't panic! Hopefully it just fell out of the tray either before you inserted it or as you removed it and you just did not notice. Don't try TOO much on your own as you may cause damage to the socket, BUT I think you can explore without doing any damage. Get a small flash light and shine it across the slot and look inside do you see the card? Does it appear to be stuck or do you think you can reach it with small tweezers or needle nose pliers? I caution you this COULD damage the socket, and it may be best to take this in for repair. IF you don't see the card in threre, then it is likely as I have suggested it feel out and you did not notice as you were inserting or removing the tray. Look for it around the house or office, OR get it replaced.
