Just got a txt from my salesperson at a Bell store here in Toronto that the PRIV is now $199 on 2-year contract.

Still $249 on 2 year contract at MTS, although that's still a very good price.

I agree. Also my salesperson is offering me an extra $100 off so it'll cost me $99 (CAD). I kind of think it's a no-brainer.

Not really since it's on contract. Chances are dtek50 will be less then that on contract since it's half the price outright.

True but the Dtek50 holds no interest for me whatsoever.

    $199 CAD? So $150 USD?

Fair enough but my response was still relevant as far as price goes.

This is on Bell Mobility, so I have no clue if it's being matched anywhere else in the world. You'd have to check with your local carriers.

Well if you're on retention and they let you keep it, sure, but retail they are charging that much if you walk in as a new customer.

    $90 for a paltry 1GB plan...

Just noticed that the Priv is $0 on a 2-yr contract with Bell (well, in Ontario anyway). Thought I'd let everyone know.

Side comment: why would the Classic still be $49?
