    I had this problem with a different laptop and my z10 previously. When connecting with a USB to transfer files (ie pix), it connects and disconnects in a seemingly endless cycle.
    Anyone know why this is?

    Usually it's a bad cable and/or USB port(s). Try different ports and then different cables.
