    I keep getting a spark on my Hub icon even after reading the new message. The spark shows up on the main Hub icon on my home screen and on the Hub 3 lines icon when in the hub. If I open the 3 lines to reveal all accounts then close the menu, the spark disappears.

    Do you have WhatsApp installed?
    I think that would cause the spark to appear..

    Hi,

    All updates done. No WhatsApp installed.

    Happens almost all the time. As soon as I open the Hub, the splat is placed on the 'hamburger" icon until I slide open the left side menu to clear it out.

    Yeah mine does that too. Any workaround on that?

    This has been discussed at length on another thread somewhere.....a BB employee has acknowledged the bug, but no ETA on a fix.
