    As I posted above, I was suffering the blazing heat issue and crisp battery life. I finally did a factory reset yesterday . So far no heating up, and battery is amazing... wish I knew how to back this phone up. It'd make it so much easier!

    Main Settings, Backup and reset. Although how complete might be an issue.
