Hello.

I've had my PRIV for atleast a year without a problem but the other day I noticed my phone kept heating up / phone drained quickly etc.

I had a 64GB Microsd card in the phone for additional storage. So to sum it up I did a factory restore to the phone and set it up like new.

So new phone running great .... etc... until I goto use my camera... and lets just say I took about 22 photos or more... + some video - Pictures were not saved to the SDcard or the internal phone... where did they go? On top of that... the camera app cannot read or index the files that are on the SDcard so things like collage maker etc... won't work... Any help anyone?

Sounds like you never set up your SD Card properly after factory resetting your device. Did you download the exFat app? Set up the storage as adoptable/portable?

I have it setup with the exFat blackberry driver. the card is set-up as adoptable /portable.
Cause if i used storage it wouldn't let me read it from PC. You know they would make alot more people happy if they made another Blackberry Link for Windows.... for Android... What should I do? I have everything on the SDMicro card in DCIM / Camera folder.

I have this... That's what mind boggling me. They show up as grey boxes. but nothing will happen.

I'd pull the card from the phone and check it in a computer. Depending on the results there, if necessary, use an sd-card recovery utility, reformat the card, try another card.

Are they showing up today? It can take hours and hours after a data reset or OS reload to show.
