I am having an issue when someone tries to call me and I attempt to answer using the flipcase the phone freezes up and area with the cutout stays green even when it's open. Has anyone had an any issues with the official case?

I have a similar issue, and usually have to open and close the case to make sure I get the call. Swiping with the case and thru the window doesnt always work. I am going to call Blackberry today.

Yes had similar issue. However from doing some experimentation it seems to only happen when the callers number is unknown (or not in your contacts). I use my priv to log into my works phone network so I receive work calls on my priv but all calls routed through my workplace are unknown and freeze the phone if I try to answer with the case closed. Callers in my contacts seem to answer with the case closed without issue. Please bear in mind it was a quick experiment so might not be 100% accurate.
