My photo stuck at rendering after panorama photo captured. I reinstalled Blackberry camera also doesn't help. Any idea?

I'm having the same problem of panoramas not rendering.

I've tried saving to internal storage, microSD, re-installed etc. with re-boots between changes.

And nada, zip, zero, goose-egg. It sits like a lump on a cedar log with the progression bar showing nothing.

Everything else in the camera seems to work very well.

Mine too, funny thing it worked fine last week but now just sits there and says it's rendering and nothing else - WTF?

Mine does the same thing. Discovered after hiking around some Mayan ruins and losing like 15 photos ugh. They have to fix this

It's interesting this suddenly just stopped working for everyone, but also awesome to see BlackBerry acknowledge it so quickly and is working on pushing out a fix.

No idea what the issue is, but my guess is that it's probably something stupid like the 2016 date change and a bug saving the file types with the new date. My only suspicion of the one thing that changed for all of us over the past week.

Hey BB Team.. are you aware that it happens when you take a PIC in a bbm convo, using the BBM camera, then go to the actual camera app, press the thumbnail and it's forever "rendering", until it disappears.

My rendering problem only happens when the photos are taking in HDR.

After disabling the auto HDR and to take photos without hdr, my problem does not seems to appear anymore.

Yup. I didn't have the rendering bug, my panorama photos simply failed to save.

But this fixed it.
