I can see that uploading pictures lowers the quality. So I am sure most pictures are even better than what we see on here.

Just finished the video comparing Priv and Passport camera images on my channel. These images were taken about a week ago. Plan to do more comparison after the update.

After the update that is currently rolling out, I'd invite you to take a look at enhanced video stabilization, which improves further on OIS. This OS build includes the latest camera tuning (which unfortunately cannot be updated via Google Play, as it's buried in the drivers).
