Prophetic sky tonight, supposed to push into the 60's this weekend and not dip below freezing for a while.

Oh and this is straight up PRIV, no tweaking or filters

Awesome pictures. I am glad you are getting some sunset-weather to post for us to brighten up things because today and this evening it has been gray rains all the way.
    PS - where is this?

My rain gauge shows 1.92 inches since midnight and almost two hours to go. And it started raining last evening, so more than 2 inches in two days. The land, she is a sliding. One of the cross-country grooming reported .25 inches of ice due to freezing rain. Nice!

There was an amazing sunset this evening. It had been rather overcast earlier. The water is one of the sloughs at Minto-Brown Island Park, Salem, Oregon. (Thank you, Priv, for coming on my walk with me and capturing the sunset )

Here's a couple of pics of a block of units in downtown Broadway in Sydney. The unit parcel consists of two blocks of flats, with a shopping mall, outdoor area and other stuff (techo term!) in between. The flats have won at least one award for it's vertical gardens. It has a monumental cantilever — which supports a light-reflecting heliostat system, with the largest en masse vertical gardens in the world (covering 1,100sqm) ....

I've taken these pics from a courtyard area of UTS, (Uni Technology Syd). I am a good 300 metres or so from the buildings. I chose that spot so I could capture the building, gardens and heliostate thingo .... (they're not particularly good shots, lol, but you get the picture )

A question .... i took the above pics with the phone in the upright position, but they're showing on my pc in the 90 degree position, and would have posted here in that 90 degree aspect as well.

So, I copied the pics to another folder and righted them, so to speak ....

    Why the 90 degree aspect?

For some reason, Portrait images will be mishandled by some apps including Windows Explorer and will post wrong here, too. I usually just open them in irfanview and then resave them. Somehow that resets the byte that confuses things. There are a number of writeups on this issue. There is a "tag" which is suppose to denote orientation but it seems hit/miss.

And that CANTILEVER is absolutely NUTS!!! WOW!

@Heavens1 amazing buildings in your pictures. If you posted 3, one of them did not post. This happens to my photos here sometimes too. I also get sideways and upside down pictures when I load them onto my PC. I go in and right them. If I post directly from my Priv I often, have to do something to the picture and re-save it. Maybe just a minor crop so it doesn't post sideways.

Double posted for some reason. Sorry. I will add that my landscape photos also sometimes post upside down. I wondered if it is because of the way I hold my PRIV being left handed. But it seems a little random.
