Obama and Merkel may approve but the NSA and the BSI may not.

I believe Obama has replaced his BlackBerry with a General Dynamics phone which is essentially a Galaxy Note with Knox as the host OS and a L4 kernel as the secondary guess OS, and Merkel has replaced her BlackBerry with a Deutsche Telekom phone which is also a Galaxy Note with Knox and a L4 kernel. The only difference is the version of L4 therein, which is used to protect classified information: the GD's L4 is made in Sydney whereas the DT's L4 is made in Dresden, for obvious reason.
