    Some sent me an mp4 file through BBM. When I to open the file I get a message saying "no handler for this type of file". Any suggestions!

    Grab VLC for Android. It should be able to play nearly any video/audio file you throw at it

    do you have any app installed for viewing videos? EG VLC Player, MX Player.

    I'm not certain what gallery/etc app the Priv comes with

    Still giving me the error after installing VLC. I can hit "Accept" and have the file downloaded first, then I can view. But I would like to view straight from BBM.
