I am a customer from Greece and I just bought a BB Priv!!
Everything works fine except the 4G network
Although my provider has a 4G network and the SIM Card is 4G�
The model of my phone is STV100-4 which supports the 4G network in Greece
The strange thing is that when I go to Settings > More > Cellular networks > Preferred network type.
I have only the following options 3G&2G / 3G / 2G and I cannot see nowhere the 4G or LTE as I was supposed to
Can you help me on this ??

What bands does your phone show as having:
About > Category General > scroll down to LTE Operating Bands Capability

I checked the following

and saw that STV100-4 has compatible carriers in Greece..As for the rest yes its in Automatic

Hi , I am also from Greece / Vodafone and 4G works fine and of course it's show in the settings.
Is the Priv your first device with 4G capability?
I remember that when I bought my first 4G device it was necessary to call the carrier in order that he enables the 4G feature for me.

Make sure your SIM is not very old that it does not support LTE.
