It seems to be an update from the July 1 patch level to the July 5 patch level. Not sure why BlackBerry couldn't wait a week for the August patch, but ehh.

I got it tonight as well. I got the one July 3rd, then this one. My phone is an ATT locked st100-1. I do get my updates direct from BlackBerry.
