    You have go , Settings>Language Input>BlackBerry Keyboard>Prediction and Correction>Word Substitution (pick language) > press plus sign. Add little i in optional short cut and Big I in target. Keep always use capital checked. Press back arrow and it it auto saves.

    Fixed.
