Android Central 's Phil Nickinson just posted an article: The single reason I trust Google with my data

The single reason I trust Google with my data | Android Central

He thinks it's creepy how much google knows about him. I think it's kind of scary.

I am curious how bad it is for Priv users: would you please check in your Google account, my activity section, and see how much data is being tracked by Google?

    Thanks!

I have always been on BlackBerry, when I checked mine, the only history data seems to be searches and YouTube videos. Even though I uses Google Maps from time to time but it didn't seem to record my location information.

I wonder what's recorded for a Priv user.

I had already turned off most everything.
But this got my curiosity up, so I went and looked. It seems I had not turned off search and sites visited.
It's now off and deleted back to Dec 1, 1999, (just cuz I got tired of clicking the back button). You cannot enter a date from, you have to click back through each month on a monthly calander.
    Thanks for the reminder!

@Wezard you may delete all of your activities by:

    1. Go to My Activity. You might need to sign in to your Google Account.
    2. On the "My Activity" banner, choose More Delete activity by.
    3. Below "Delete by date," select the Down arrow All time.
    4. Select Delete.
    5. Confirm your choice.
