    I want a phone that can give me this level of customization :

    Different homescreen icons for different email - eg inbox/sent for three email accounts -

    Different homescreen icons for favorite phonecalls -eg wife, son, daughter

    Different homescreen icons for my main settings on the phone - eg vpn, wifi

    In other words, I want to be able to customize my phone, so that i can turn it on and access what I need immediately on the homescreen.

    The Priv can do the first two points you mention with the default launcher; it should walk you through doing all that during first use. Your third request - I'm not sure if the BlackBerry Launcher can do since I never tried it, but it definitely is available on other launchers.

    There is actually a way more customization on the Priv. You should be able to do everything you have mentioned.
