Are you in the beta program? Apparently there is a beta 4 now.
1800 mb doesn't seem big enough for much of anything

Beta 4 was around 1800MB, that's probably it.

Apparently they put out the full OS instead of a delta upgrade, explaining the file size.

Yes got a Marshmallow coming down right now; seemingly lots of updates across the play store too.. 1805.3 MB

i wish i could participate.. when I was offered to register for this beta program i haven't had my PRIV yet, but yesterday when i logged on to my beta zone to register, unfortunately the program is closed..
