Have you checked its own settings as well as the various notification settings in the main Settings?

Battery life does get better usually after two weeks.
I now get about full day and a half, 7am to 3-6am next day.
Got a quickcharge 2.0 adapter to get to full charge in a jiffy.

I hated the battery, Android OS, crampy KB, but I got use to it.
Always had my OG Passport to swap back when I felt withdraws.

Well, that depends what you are doing with it. Gaming obviously kills the battery but through a normal day with moderate use, it should last all day.

And if you invest a small amount into a quickcharge 2.0 this won't matter as you can top up fast.

Let's say you have Att , if you will log out of every att app that runs in the background it will fix your battery issue. I've done that and I'm on my phone alot and it's day 2 since I've charged my BlackBerry Priv! Day 2 and I'm still at 26%

Yes, it is similar (I don't know the exact specs at the moment). I used the Playbook charger when I first got the Priv. Now I generally use a Qi wireless charger. I also used that charger for years charging my Z10 and my Z30 without any issues.

I'm not into flips but this one tempted me. It's pretty well done.

I have 3 shells:

1. OEM Priv slider hard shell
2. Incipio Octane Pure
3. This slim hard shell with soft touch coating from AliExpress

I like all three. The BB slide shell is a bit bulky, but very sturdy. It almost reminds me of an Otterbox Commuter. (Not Defender!)

If you have any creaking with your Priv, a case will likely remedy it. It stopped the clicking for me, as well as a "No SIM card detected error" I'd been getting.

I'm lucky, my local T-Mo is really talking the priv up. I didn't know they had one, I was there to get my screen protector replaced on my note 5. And the girl mentioned it to a customer. As I'm a jump on demand member, I left with my priv that day. And wow, it's been a great choice. I was a long time berry user for many years, and aside from a little learning curve, I'm glad to be back.
