    There was an update that released on Friday. You might be seeing this update. It fixes the majority of these launcher open / close lag.

    My touch screen stop working couple times since the last update. The screen can be turn on or off using the side button, but touching the screen didn't do anything.
    Only way to recover is a hard reboot.
    I think in both cases, I was in my car ..not sure if I am still connected to Android Auto...or just disconnected the cable.

    I received the 2nd update for the Blackberry Launcher earlier today as well.
    The version is still 1.0.0.4510.

    Over the last Week I've gotten a number of updates on Android.... and then today my Droid Turbo 2 got the notification of a software update to Marshmellow. Maybe BlackBerry is on the verge of releasing it too....
