I like the idea of how they're launching the Priv. Make pre-order available now and have a launch event at a later date. On the day of the launch event, say oh you can purchase it now.

Those who would've pre-ordered would've gotten there's and then those who wanted to wait on the launch event could purchase theirs rite away. I hate when a launch is kept and then I'm told I can pre-order now, what's the point, when you launch it I want to be able to buy it right away and I think that's what BlackBerry is doing, just that they handled it poorly.

Hopefully this is the standard going forward. I was a bit skeptical on the Priv but the more I see it the more I want it, just got a Z30 so I'm going to enjoy that for the moment. Get the Priv February on valentines day sale like I did when I got the passport.
