Forgive me if the standard Android move to eliminate notifications from a website is well known....In a weak moment during the holidays, I somehow enabled notifications from a "science" based site. I was deluged by notifications for weeks and would just sweep right or left to get them out of my face. Finally I visited my local Verizon Store and..viola, they are gone!

On the notification itself, press and hold until a box appears...follow the yellow brick road. This is the ones' compliment of the Vulcan Nerve Pinch.

You can also turn them off in the Chrome Browser by going to the site then adjusting the site notifications in settings.

Could this be why I still get Candy Crush notifications even though I've turned them off in the app? I am logged into Facebook when I play.
