[Dunt Dunt Dunt]

We have largely been a fan of everything BlackBerry (NASDAQ:BBRY) has done to try and turn itself around over the last two years. However, like many shareholders, we wished the turnaround was going a little bit quicker and we are not extremely satisfied with how quickly the company is transforming itself into a software company. We also aren't extremely satisfied with the company's efforts to monetize BBM in a marketplace where messaging apps (and specifically ones with payments now built in) are becoming hot commodities.

I stopped there... if this guy is "satisfied" with the last two years, then me and him have much different views.
