    Hello!

    I have a blackberry priv and i don't know why but whenever i see a video on Instagram it starts to slow down and eventually crashes, it happens ALL the time! To the point that is almost impossible to use. It's really frustrating, I've tried to delete the cache and didn't work, tried to uninstall and install and it keeps crashing, i have android updated as well as the app!

    I had the same problem with snapchat. A hard reboot fixed it for me.

    I've been having the same problem along with my priv getting very warm. I cleared the cache under all apps and my priv has been working fine. I had more than 3gb in cache
