    Hey Folks,

This is a must install application. "Clean Master". Its super awesome. After running the Battery Improve and Clean options on the software, my Priv Battery Life has really improved significantly. It also cleaned about 1.4GB worth of unnecssary Junk files from the phone. I havent had any Heating issues either on the Priv. Above all its Free ... Worth a Try for all the Proud Priv owners worried about Battery Life.

P.S. Check out the Attached Screenshot

    Define "junk files"

Would it erase anything on my sd card?

Clean Master does the followings only.
    It deletes the app cache.
    It deletes temporary files.
    It also clears ad junks.
    It clears empty folders.

Thanks for the recommendation. I had about 35 apps that I thought were closed running.

I would avoid any apps that Cheetah mobile have as they are known for bad practices when it comes to your personal info as well these ram cleaners can actually do more harm than good on your device.

I'd also add that the battery saver might not be a good thing because the HUB Product Manager active on the forums asks everyone if they are running them when they complain about HUB perf issues.

I don't have any proof to back this up just observations from the forums.

Although it feels contrary to what you'd think, it's actually best not to run these types of programs. But feel free to try it for awhile and see how your phone reacts, if you'd like.Just know that if you wind up having issues elsewhere in your phone, turning off/uninstalling this application should be your first step in troubleshooting.

Thank you for making this informed post. I've proceeded to delete a lot of these apps after reading through the threads you posted up.

Be warned. Clean Master is owned by cheetah mobile. A company known to sell user data.
