    Please could you provide a screen shot of the "Problem" this will make it easier for people to help you

    A clock icon is normally for when an "Alarm' has been set.

    Check for the alarm in clock app. This is for alarm via clock app and not calendar.

    I personally don't own a Priv, buut, it's got the "Alarm Clock" icon, which means it's got something to do with a reminder you have set, such as an "Alarm"

    Best advice is to look around in the Clock App, and see if something has been turned on?? It will most likely be something really simple that you have accidently ticked.

    there is no set alarm in tasks, clock and calender I think factory reset is the only solution I have.
