    I managed to unlock my BlackBerry Priv by simply holding the power button down after I tried unsuccessfully to get in using the keyboard because it was locking up.
    I'm sorry if this information hurts some people's feelings but it's true I'm sure I can duplicate it again even without the lock up.
    And yes I have the keyboard set with a pass code.
    I'm beginning to see why so many people are flocking to other platforms... Sad indeed.
