I got mine three hours ago. I bought the only one that they had in stocked. The girl paused for a bit when she opened the box. She hadn't seen the device at all so she was pleasantly surprised. Im setting it up still. I had a lot of things to transfer over. At one point despite being connected to a charger with a higher output it still managed to drain 12%.

My biggest gripe is that tmobile didnt include the headphones.

And yes this phone does come with wireless charging and quick charge. I confirmed it with my sammysung wireless charger and the turbo charger from nexus 6 and note 5. Though I cant confirm that the wallwart that came in the box is a quick charge one.

Hardware wise the same usual faults are here. Creaky case and clickyness of the screen bottom left corner.

Lui, did you happen to see this "what's in the box" link that did once list headphones: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-24532?

If so, contact TMO and tell them you were misled. They should credit your account $25-35 for it.

Others will tell you, perform ALL the updates first. Then setup the device.

Ps: congratulations. Looking forward to your feedback in a few days.

I picked up my priv from tmobile yesterday and when I did all the updates, loaded my emails, and social media accounts it got really warm, but since then it's been fine. No creaks here or mushy back. The battery on it is a monster 13 hrs off charge over 5 hrs screen time and I still have 27% left! What is your build date? Mine was made on 1/19/16

    Nice!

great to see people already buying the T-Mo Priv!

    Enjoy!

I'm using unlocked AT&T on T-Mobile, otherwise I would have bought a T-Mo unit as well

Picked mine up yesterday and I'm liking it a lot. I had a blackberry curve until I switched to the first galaxy phone and every galaxy phone and note after that. So happy that im able to come back to blackberry. At least until the s7.

Same faults huh? I was seriously contemplating selling my Note 5 (my Nexus 6P is my daily driver) and picking up a Priv to try. I simply cannot accept a device that has creaks, flimsy spots, etc.

Got mine yesterday on release day. Normally I don't let the reps open the box but they were all so excited to see it because they weren't sent a display unit yet. So I let them check it out. It was cool to see people excited about a BlackBerry phone.

That website was edited--"January 26th, 9:34AM." As of 10:01AM PST on January 26th, it did list Headphones.

PM me if you need a screenshot.

Got mine from tmobile on release day as well! Super fast, despite the 808. Doesn't get warm, haven't had any issues with the hardware. I am also averaging about 16-18 hours so I'm good!

I picked up mine on T-mobile on launch day. It's turning heads so far and I get the usual " I didn't know blackberry still made phones, wow". I'm still acclimating myself with the OS being with only BB since 05 its a bit of a leap for me.

Have mine as well. None of my local stores had one on release day so I ordered online. It was a fireball until I updated all the blackberry apps. Since then it seems to have cooled off dramatically. I must admit at first it had me really concerned but I'm glad to report that updating the apps does solve the issue.

Congratulations to all people on the new Priv. No hardware problems on my launch date edition.

I recommend you do not move any apps to the SD card until BlackBerry updates the OS and I'm using a Nova app to launch the home screen with Textra for messaging. Make sure you have all apps turned off to run in the back ground to increase your battery life.

And do not load Clean Master as it takes over your phone with ads.

Clear the phone and reload it once a day to help your available memory.

Call BlackBerry Support if you have major issues that can not be resolved on the internet.

Use a 2+ amp charger for wireless charging otherwise the phone will go through a loop.

Good luck and enjoy this great phone.

Mine was hot with terrible battery drain the first 48 hours. Make sure all the apps are updated and hub has syncing off on email accounts that are push supported.

All accounts require sync. Do not use Never, even for Push. BlackBerry rep here confirmed there should always be an interval.
