    So I installed the latest update to the hub on my Priv. Now when I choose ( by touching) the email (s) I want to delete and then hit delete (on hub only), the screen becomes scrambled and stays that way till I hit the back key. I have tried the 31 second power reset-no help. I then did a factory reset and still no help. This happens on BOTH Privs I have. I also went to storage and deleted cache- no help. I also deleted the hub app and of course it called for a re-install when I tried to use it. What gives? I did not have the problem with previous Hub

    Same here with Hub 1.5.1.12527

    However I found out this did not happen when "Dark theme" was switched on.

    I have an issue with the hub update as well. Choosing a different folder to look at gives me a second or so with a screen that is scrambled & then it corrects itself. Pinching to see unread messages gives me a scrambled screen when no messages are left. Clearing the cache and rebooting fixes this temporarily and then it returns. Hub version is 1.5.1.12527 and was just updated. I had no issues prior to the update. I did just get the Android update at the same time.

    I have sent an email to developer with screenshots as well as open an incident with BlackBerry . After updating to blackberry hub version 1.5.1.12527 on March 7th, when in hub and selecting multiple items to delete, it looks like it is either running out of memory as the cleanup doesn't occur during re-display, the whole screen is full of garbage(left over items that were to be deleted), only way to cleanup is to use the back buttom < and then minimize and open app again. When deleting single item using gesture or delete button is fine. I currently have 2 BB Privs, STV100-3 running Android version 6.0.1 with android security patch level Feb 5,2017. Both are having issues.

    I even went as far as reloading the OS. It worked for about an hour then back to the same problem with garbage on the screen. ug

    Just curious, who uses the dark hub and has the problem? I use dark hub and don't have any probs.

    Agree, dark or light hub may be irrelevant to issues, but at least rule it out, imo.

    Also, does prob only occur if you delete from hub only, or from hub and server?

    Yes, problems started after updating BlackBerry Hub. Every time I delete an email the prompt asked, hub only or hub and server.
    That is where the problem started with the "scrambled screen".
    I switched from light theme to dark theme and the problem was gone!

    I have switched it to dark hub and it seems like the issue is gone. Will continue for rest of the day and see what happens. I haven't heard back from BlackBerry development, nor any responses back from incident I opened and tweet sent to @blackberryhelp. Sigh.

    I just checked again and fortunately, I do not have that problem. I just deleted two emails from the Hub after the prompt (hub or hub/server) and no scrambling. I wonder what is causing it.

    I switched to the dark hub after reading the comments in this thread. It does take care of the scrambled screen bug.

    Mmmm .... Still no problems with my priv and the hub using dark mode.

    Are you using a BlackBerry device, or just the hub app?

    I'm using an unlocked Priv. I had no issues prior to the updates I installed in the last day or two.

    Had a ticket open, worked with them for past week on this issue, and today I got a note back saying the issue will be fixed late March, I guess next week
