    Hi,
    my Hub is frozen. Only new Text messages are displayed but stay (in unread mode) then even if deleted. Other accounts are not updated.
    Reboot, and todays updates (except Hub which is not available yet)( did not help.
    Any suggestions/solutions?

    Wipe it. Start fresh with the newest updates and OS.

    Wipe what? The whole phone? I just installed the updated blackberry services and my hub quit working on gmail and shaw accounts. Tried removing and adding accounts and the updated bb services. I cant figure out how to remove the hub.

    Try rebooting? Power button, both volume buttons........................................... .......release when it boots up again.

    Factory reset if this did not help.

    deactivated hub. cleared app cache, rebootet, activated. Same issue

    Power Button should be enough to reboot according to manual. Right?
    Honestly I'm not ready to wipe the device. I have it for 48 hours now. And what happens after the next text message?
    Most of the time wiping is the brute, "spent again 6 hours to personalize" and then "Oh, didn't help. try something else".
    Wiping is last resort, not inital step to me

    Did you clear data or just the cache? Make sure you clear all data for both blackberry services and Hub. Unfortunately some users may need to do this if their hub was in a bad state before the update

    Did not decachify BB Services before.
    This tip is the solution.
    1. stop Hub
    2. Decachify data and cache of apps "Blackberry Hub" AND "Blackberry Services"
    3. Rebootet immediately the device (Holding Power button 10 seconds until BB Logo shows up)
