    If you open a PDF attachment that you have received in an Gmail account, it will be opened with Google Docs, that's why you don't need a PDF app.

    If I receive a PDF attachment to a non-GMail account, it's also opened with Google Docs.

    I had the problem again the other day with a hotmail account in the hub, I received a copy of an itinerary in pdf format that could not be opened from the hub

    Went to the hotmail site in chrome, downloaded and opened it no problem

    I hope they get this pdf thing solved in the next update, im sure its a simple fix that got over looked before
