It's super easy I'm upset I didn't do it sooner

    Download https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...turetweaksfree

And set it to whatever you want. Usually you have to buy the full version to launch the camera but since BlackBerry Camera is an app it is a choice in the launch app selection.

In settings you can choose the icon too. I couldn't get the app icon to work but there is a generic camera icon choice.

If it continues to work out I'll be buying full to support the dev for sure.

I've never tried Nova launcher but don't really see an advantage to it

Never used, but don't see an advantage? Interesting.

Press Home Button to launch Hub is one such advantage.

FYI if you want to use it to launch the camera use the BlackBerry Camera app not the system camera shortcut because the system camera takes one picture then exits and doesn't let you go to the picture viewer
