    Ok I read somewhere that if I un-sync my emails from google that it will help me conserve more battery power. I have like over half million mail that comes in eery 2 days and thats just one of my email accts.
    How do I unsync from google then?

    Do I have to erase everything by doing factory reset or is there another way where I dont have to start all over again?

    Hub, Settings> Email Account you wish to edit>Sync Interval... set it to Never.

    I also go to Accounts, select Google, select the Gmail address associated with the phone.... Then turn off each of 12 (or however many there are) sync switches.

    That's not what they referring to exactly but yeah.. that works for the Gmail app itself. The question here is related to Hub, not the GMail app.
