Android is very complex compared to BB10 so I simply cannot find the option to personalize the quick settings. I want the quick option to activate/deactivate the screen rotation lock

Hold on the settings gear on top of that screen for like 5 seconds. System UI tuner will show up in settings then.

This only works on Android M+, which I can tell you are on.

Android N finally simplifies this by having edit right there is quick settings.

That doesn't work tho, I tried that, it's even suggested on the help app that comes in the phone

System UI tuner as I suggested. Is the only way. You can just do a reset to bring back default icons.

Yeah, they did not fix that until Android N which has a simple way to change it.
