I have a new Priv and a laptop with Windows 8.1.

I would like to move or sync my media files (mp3 files) to my Priv to listen to. How do I do that on my new Blackberry Priv?

Just plug it in via the USP port and you will see the system show up as a flash drive. If you have a media card it will also show up under the device. Then just drag and drop your files onto the folder of your choice. Very easy to do

Thanks. Then I must have a problem with my SD card. If I need to reload the OS, can we still do that...like BB10?

You don't need to reload your OS for a bad SD card. I also doubt your SD card is bad. You are supposed to plug in your micro USB cable from your phone to your PC. If that doesn't work use an app like ES File Explorer, go to "remote manager" and transfer your files wirelessly. You can also do it with cloud services like OneDrive, Google Drive, Box, etc.
