Is anyone else having a hard time finding their order?

I didn't create an account when I bought it, but my receipt says this:

If you did not create an account during checkout, we've included a unique password below that can be used to look up your order in the future.

However I have looked all over the email and see no unique password. Where is it?

I also tried email and CC last 5 digits option, but since I used PayPal Credit, I don't have a CC number!

Other than calling, any ideas? DR is painful on the phone.

My unique password is right under that statement. I checked out as a guest also. Looks like you're going to have to call DR.

They can't generate one or link the purchase to an existing account. You'll get an email when it ships with a tracking number, however.

Can't generate what? The special password? The order confirmation said they would. But they didn't in my case.

I had the same problem - had me worried whether DR was going to screw up like always!

From the link in the order "confirmation" email, click on the "Back to main page" link

At the very bottom will be a link for "contact customer service"

This will allow you to fill out a support form.

I put in my order number and asked for status and they replied within a day that it is in the system and will be shipped on the 9th.
