    When I put my PRIV on speakerphone I can hear the people I'm talking too, but they cannot hear me. It seems the mic is not working. However I downloaded Blackberry Virtual Expert and ran through all the tests and all the mics are working.

    Is this a setting or some other issue?

    I suggest trying to toggle speaker-phone on/off a few times and maybe even plug/unplug a headphone. If you still have problems
