I have the BlackBerry leather flip case and was wondering if we are able to answer calls and speak with the flip cover closed?

I can see the call come thru but when I swipe to answer using the notification window, the phone kind of hangs and the call never picks up.

Seems like I am only able to answer calls if I open the flap and answer.

Is there a setting I am missing?

Nope. Same thing has been happening to me lately.

Dig deeper into the problem and found in a post below that the issue occurs when the call comes on from an unknown number

Tried from another phone and it works.

Maybe BlackBerry will address this issue next update
