    I set up shortcuts to call, text, or email certain specific people on my home screen. After a period of time, they stop working so I have to remove them and recreate them. Then, they work for a while.

    Any suggestions to keep these shortcuts working/active?

    What a pain! I reckon this is a google android thing, but hey what do I know, lol.

    Hopefully nougat will stop this poor behaviour.

    Are you using the standard BB Launcher or another type?
