go into the hub and select the email account you want to change, then tap the 3 lines icon in top left corner and at bottom, select settings, then about 1/2 way down, tap where it says vibrate and select "off"

that should fix it

Press both the Power On and Vol Down buttons together and hold.

Vibrate is already off. But when I delete the email without entering the hub I get a quick vibrate. Pisses me off.
