I have two emails. Pop and imap. Having issues today on both. Seem worse on the pop acct. Sporadic receiving and sending is worse. Sets there forever with the clock emblem. My Hub updated yesterday.

I feel for you. I keep cycling through these same problems and have spent hours on the phone with BB. They are no help. All they suggest is factory reset, which I have done twice. So much wasted time. I'm looking for an alternative to the HUB App

Have you tried clearing the data/cache of BlackBerry Services and Hub.... restarting phone... then re-adding accounts?

Ok I have your fix. I ended up with the same issue and ended up at tier 2 tech support . Setting/apps/hub/ clear all data , settings /apps/ BlackBerry services clear all data

    Settings/apps/hub/uninstall updates

    Settings/apps/ BlackBerry Services uninstall updates

    Reboot

Google play store re add your hub and BlackBerry services , set up your email again.

BlackBerry services and the hub work hand in hand.

I did this and I was good to go. Basically your update was corrupt.

Special thx to Maisa at BlackBerry Tier 2 tech support who helped me and got me through it. She was an absolute pleasure to work with.

HIt the search function for the specific email. If it an exchange server that is the only way to see after the hub randomly stops

Thanks, I will try this. Email started to work fine just before the hub update (after few days not working) and after hub update and wipe I couldnt get it to receive new emails after it would download all 15k emails from 3 imap boxes
(even left overnight to do the indexing/whatever)
This is why I kept my priv unused (pre-order) for a month as email is very important for me

Wow, this worked right away for me! My emails started flooding in right away after adding my email account. Whenever I tried re adding it before it took 1+ hrs to load everything. Hopefully this fixes it for good. If it does this really needs to be made into it's own thread with a Stick at the top of the Priv forum.
    Thanks!

Sounds like you've probably got an exchange account setup that is set as "admin" - remove the exchange account in Hub first, and then you should be able to do this.
