    I was under the impression you couldn't install apps to the SD card. Marshmallow is supposed to bring this back but lollipop doesn't support it (unless the phone is rooted which doesn't apply to the Priv).

    You can't directly install apps to SD card until marshmallow but you can transfer some of the app to SD card with lollipop. So only partially

    I'm not able to transfer anything and lollipop was supposed to allow this.

    Weird. What are you trying to transfer? I mostly transfer games to SD card with Nvidia shield portable with lollipop.

    Any apps that should transfer to the sd card through the app manager will not transfer and I get a "Not enough room on SD card" warning. It may just be the card itself.
