Did you setup all your email accounts? Txt messages should automatically come in hub. Are you using charger that came with it? Try a reboot.

It took my Priv over an hour to catch up but all is good now everything seems to be working fine. I rebooted several times maybe that will help you. Stay positive it's a new device.

While I did not have the issue you are describing, I do recommend what others have said, if you search for "blackberry" in the google play store, you can scroll through the list and when you see apps that say "UPDATE" just update them. This is likely something to do with the apps being installed on the phone prior to the google account being associated. They will need to sort this out for sure.

just for a bit of extra info, what type of email accounts are you trying to add?
