    Mine clear from both when I read a message. I actually don't get an real notification for the hub, just a splat if I happen to be in the hub. The notification is for Messenger.

    Sorry, that really doesn't help you, but I figured I'd share my experience.

    My experience is same as yours. There is no separate Hub notification. It only gets yellow and creates a splat on Hub. The top of screens and drop down notification is for the actual SMS app, in most cases Messenger.

    Then then you clear it, Hub clears and goes gray. Or when you click on it in Hub it takes you to the SMS app and does the same thing.

    Is your hub updated? Try even reinsert in the Sim and doing a reboot
