Can someone please tel me if the Priv comes with stock Android SMS, Contact and email or does it come with the same stock versions as on the BB10 devices?

It has BlackBerry's apps that are "close" to what BB10 has for Contacts, Calendar and the HUB.. but not exactly the same.

SMS is pretty much stock, HUB does get notifications, but doesn't actually handle the SMS.

You can have multiple colored LED if you wish it's an option for hub email accounts and a variety of apps come with the capability though some allow you to customize others not always.

My questions where NOT in relation to specs. My question was in relation to supplied apps (UI).
