    I used to be able to view video with Adobe flash and now I can't and I cannot download it either. Is there a fix for this.

    Flash has been discontinued by Adobe since Android 4.0. Even everyone's beloved BB 10.3.2 doesn't support Flash.

    Flash has been gone from Android since 2012 and Jellybean.

    You can use a streamer browser like Puffin.

    Flash has pretty much been abandoned for mobile (and desktop for large part but not as much). Adobe doesn't even support it anymore beyond security updates. Android dropped it altogether a couple/few years back in favor of supporting and promoting HTML5.
